The civil forum held in California was clearly a McCain victory. Succinct and direct, his answers were well rehearsed. Almost every one contained a military component. Obama responded thoughtfully and unscripted. His answers left room for negotiation and came off less dictatorial.
The danger of a Military centered President is of course a military state, although some would say we are in one.
The answer on off shore drilling was at best uninformed. Nuclear power is inevitable but he seems to embrace it.
Overall he gave America what they wanted tonight , quick short answers that appeared decisive. In this age of information, our collective attention span is perfect for the quick sound bite.
Thoughtful circumspect answers were not the venue for this forum as the Pastor pointed out on more than one occasion to laughter at Barack Obama. He mentioned that Obama could go on for hours to good natured laughter.
McCain spoke of the rights of the unborn but not the rights of the born that have had them ignored or taken away.
The tragedy is education is not a privilege. It is a right.
On Taxes,no taxes on the rich he wants everyone to be rich. He called Barack Obama the elitist in the past.
On National Security vs. Privacy, an easy question, the eroding of our privacy rights are a done deal.

He won tonight’s debate for the masses, we may have lost the war for humanity, if he is President.
