Something Happened tonight. We for the first time had a real debate on National Security and Iraq.
This is the one that will be remembered.
Obama was very strong on National Security and on a position long overdue on Pakistan.
Clinton and Obama both answered the questions with authority and accuracy and was that a hint of diplomacy? Both gave substantive, meaty answers …for a change. Gone was the fluff and for the most part the silliness, that has plagued this very close campaign.
In error, the tape of Clinton’s Kumbaya “joke” was played.
Game , set, match Obama.
Reject and denounce are the same word. Who knew we would get a grammatical lesson.
Putin.
Clinton gave a clear concise answer. Strong knowledge. Strong message.
Game Clinton.
Try as they might the “teflon” candidate, Obama, will not have the Muslim label stick. It is not who he is. He is Christian and Pro-Israel. Between ceremonial garb, and Farrakhan endorsements nothing seems to derail him. He is unflappable. Cool, calm.
In Control.
Commanding. A trait needed for the leader of the free world.
Winner, Obama.
Don’t sleep.
